These terms govern text messages sent by Yorkwest Ventures LLC (“Yorkwest Ventures,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to our SMS notifications you agree to the terms below.
Program description
Yorkwest Ventures sends transactional account and security notifications (account access alerts, payment and account-activity notices) and operational alerts related to the software services we provide. This is not a marketing program — we do not send promotional or advertising text messages under this program.
How you opt in
Users provide their mobile number and consent to receive SMS during account sign-up and in their account settings within our software. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings or ask us to remove your number by emailing support@yorkwestventures.com.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
